One night. One moment. One chance.
Buried in obligation, Aveline Michaels is in over her head, caring for her bed-ridden mother, taking college courses, and working her ass off to make ends meet. When she finally agrees to let loose and take one night off from her duties, everything changes.
College student, Greer McQueen knows meeting Aveline face-to-face is exactly what he wants. After all, he's wanted her since the day they met in his online class. But when she learns that he's "the" Greer McQueen, bassist for Rusted & Reckless, her all-time favorite band, everything changes.
Aveline can't possibly give up on her responsibilities to be somebody's groupie. And there's no chance Greer will give up on her.
Customer Reviews
I absolutely adored Greer!!
I liked this one so much that I as soon as I was done I went right to book 2, and then 3. It was a good story line and plot.
The only thing that bugged me was how throughout the book Aveline would blame some of her issues on Greer, when in my opinion none of them had anything to do with him.
Besides that this was a really good read, and the series just got better and better the more I read!!
Greer was AMAZING and absolutely adored Aveline.

3stars
I did enjoy the book up to a point. Love Greer but Aveline frustrated me to no end. She just flip flopped a lot. I get she has a lot responsibilities but she keeps running every time it gets hard and then expect Greer to fight for her. She was just a hot mess.
Captivating!!
Such a captivating story of love. Adeline and Greer were great together. I felt so bad for Aveline with the circumstances in her life but she went forward doing her best and asking for nothing. Greer was so swoon worthy both on and off the stage. Everyone deserves a Greer. Great friends all around to support these two. And let’s not forget the mystery of Nix. Is there another story there?
Don’t miss this one by Charlotte Casey for an extraordinary trip with this country band and Aveline on board.
